Who We Are

Established in 2004, New Personnel Ltd is a private limited company specialising in placement of skilled professionals from European and Asian countries, mainly in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. We are a small, friendly team with almost 10 years of recruitment expertise. We offer an alternative approach, placing an emphasis on quality.

How We Work

Our objective is to provide a personalised, flexible service based on a thorough understanding of our clients' and candidates' needs. In order for us to establish your exact recruitment needs, either as a client or as a candidate, we will require as much information as possible. This can be given by telephone or by arranging a meeting with us to discuss your requirements in greater detail.

You tell us about your needs. There is no "too small" or "too big" project for us. We will be glad to work with small and medium size companies, as well as with industry leaders, find one candidate or one thousands, depending on your needs.

We select the candidates according to the specifications, provided by the client: education requirements, work experience, spoken languages, any other preferences. You will always receive several candidates' profiles to choose from.
